Can't enter in server s599

Needing help. Can't enter in server s599 to play. Caan be for launcher or directily in the wartune's site. But i can enter in another server. Are there any problem on this server? Or are there something to do to enter now in this server?
I'm brazilian and my char is Hamilton.

First, try clearing the cache, cookies, and offline data for the browser you have your client's mode set to (Chrome or IE, you'll see this in the client settings).
Try switching the mode to the other version.

Try a browser. If you're able to connect directly with a browser, then the issue may be with the client.

If still stuck (test after every step):
Double check that your antivirus software is not blocking your access. If your settings look okay, disable your antivirus and test the server. If you can get it, set your antivirus to allow the URL and turn it back on. Do the same for your firewall, just make sure to close out of everything else first.
Reboot your computer.
Restart your router/modem by turning it off, waiting 15 seconds, and turning it back on again.
Flush your DNS: Press Start, search CMD, type: ipconfig /flushdns
Use an OpenDNS
Try a VPN, such as hide.me. It's free, and works for Brazil.

If nothing else works, call your ISP and ask if there's an issue with their network that is stopping you from accessing certain overseas websites. Give them the URL for the server, such as s582.wartune.r2games (be sure the server number is in front of the URL). This step usually requires you be persistent and ask to be escalated to a tier 2 or 3 technician. However, if there's an issue with your/their internet network or any of the hops your connection takes on the way to a server, it does require your ISP's involvement to get it fixed.
