Recharges and no balens recieved

Ticket has been submitted to billing support

I ran 2 $9.99 recharges and 1 $99.00 that came back declined however it did charge my card all 3 times but I did not receive any balens.

The card had plenty of money on it but the web page returned denied but then it went ahead and charged my card and did not receive anything

I would very much like the balens and the recharge events for these amounts.
or credit the charges back.

I already have as I indicated in the first line of my post. I do have screenshots showing I did not recieve the balens if they are needed also.

You would need to ask in your ticket if they need your screenshots. Billing issues can only be handled through ticket. The only assistance you'd be able to receive through the forum is if your ticket hasn't been responded to within 3 days, or fully resolved within 3 working days after being told you'd be sent what you were owed.
