My VIP is auto-rebilling, but the game screen advised me to "Activate VIP". When I click on Activate VIP, it takes me to the purchase balens screen, and not anything to do with VIP. When I access the VIP area on the webpage, it also tells me to activate VIP, but when I do, it gives me the following: {"code":34,"msg":"As VIP membership is currently still active on this character you can't renew it at this time."** . So there appears to be a problem between the game client and the webpage. I have had auto-rebill for my VIP for a long, long time. Please advise.
