    Were all the requirements lit up green before you started it? There is a display glitch with this where if you have it equipped, then change it, then try to put him on patrol, it will still show the stats from when it was equipped.

      It's obvious the Water Resistance is 1950, 450 above what it is required. It's a bug if it doesn't light up. But the Asstriches won't fix it. We have to make it into a language translation problem as they are only good in that.

        You can send in a ticket with your screenshot and receive the rewards that you should have gotten. I would like to know the answers to R262181389's questions, though.

          Not sure if this is what happened to the OP but what I am talking about is the water res would not actually be 1950 even though it is showing that. For whatever reason it doesn't change after you equip that kid and then remove it. It will keep the higher stats.

          Yes this is a bug and been happening a while now. What happens is if you equip frost panther to get his res above the requirement, let's say 1500. Then for whatever reason, you unequip that frost panther then go to put him on that patrol requiring 1500, in the patrol page, it will still be showing above 1500 res when he actually doesn't have that much res.

          I might have a video of this, will look for it and try to post later if I find it.

          First, need the OP to answer if all was green before he started. I would bet this is what happened though.

            yes, it was all lit green, but right after i click Start Patrol they went red. rewards aren't big deal on this case, just to R2 know whats happening

                I forwarded the video. They have requested you send in a ticket so they can clear the cache for your account, which I didn't know was a thing until now. Let me know if whatever they do fixes the issue for you, if you could please.

                  Clear the cache just for my account? How about fixing this for everyone so no one else runs into this issue. I would bet this is more than just an issue of one account. You just don't hear about it that much because the situation that causes it does not come up that often, you almost have to be trying to get it to happen. I would say it's safe to say that anyone can go and try this and it will happen to them. I am not worried about this issue for me because I know how to avoid it. I just did this so I could show you what is happening.

                    I was told the devs have been aware of this bug, but for now we don't have a better solution.

                        R2 has no say in that matter. The devs are a different company, not employed by R2. However, R2 will be able to assist you with your Patrol issue if you send in a ticket so they can clear your account cache. I am very curious to see if you're able to break it again by following the same steps as in your video.

                            Ok lets say do reset my account cache and it fixes this issue. What does that mean? Are they going to have to do this for each individual account? And when they reset my cache, is that different then the way I would clear my cache?

                              I'm not familiar with game back ends to give you any technical details about this process, but it should be relatively similar to what happens when you clear your own cache. This is different from you clearing your own cache as that just clears information stored on your own system, but it doesn't affect anything stored on the server side.

                              From what I was told, they have been doing this manually for anyone who sends in a ticket. They clear the cache and send the proper rewards that should have been earned, and supposedly that fixes it for that player. A ticket is needed because they need information that is gathered by the ticket form and so that they have a record of the request to do so, which they apparently compile into a report that gets sent to the devs regarding this bug.
