R2 S742 and newer, and Wonderhill S225 and newer are still in the new server event rotation, which lasts about 31 days. Servers still going through the new server events pick up the main events at the start of the cycle that follows the conclusion of the new server events. The Christmas events are part of the main event cycle, and so servers still in the new server event rotation won't have them.
