I'm unable to get the monthly items from cloud city. First, those items are taken away from dungeons and catacombs. Then you make it where you put them in cloud city and when you turned a certain lvl they appeared. Then it was again changed to having to be 30 days into the server making us miss a lot of events for the monthly item exchanges. I was on a 746 or 745 and they still had not shown up after the server had been going for a month. What gives??????
