why are some players getting error code 400 on gamerocks when trying to recharge

Not enough people have reached out about the issue, so there's not enough data to pinpoint a cause.

The only person who reached out and then came back after it was resolved to say what they did said that their bank was blocking the payments as suspicious activity, and telling the bank that it was an authorized transaction fixed it for them. As there was only one person who came back to say their issue had been resolved, and what the resolution was, I have no way of knowing for sure if this is the same case for everyone.
