Bug with marriage revive

There is a bug with the marriage revive skill. When I am in fight with my spouse and I die for the first time while my spouse is still alive, it will not revive me correctly. It will show I have 0 hp but I am still in sylph mode but I just auto attack. I am not able to select any skills, can't do anything. This has happened more than once. I am on server 448

I have not got a video of this yet. Can the marriage revive skill be dispelled?

The revive skill can not be dispelled.
