Trouble installing r2client

I am having trouble installing r2client. After I download it and it starts to install, it will just get stuck at 1% no matter how long I leave it. Is there a trick to getting this installed?

ban r2 mini client .. makes the turn advantage it gives to r2 stop would be a good thing

Not sure what you mean by turn advantage. I have used the mini client a lot in the past and can not hold down the key for my opening skill when the screen is loading or the program will close. I would have to wait for everything to finish loading before I can press a skill which would make me miss the chance of getting a skill or rune out first.
