    Since last sunday i cannot log in anymore in game,i send ticket i had no reply,i tried facebook official page and i had no answer,i dont know what to do anymore.I use the maxthon platform to enter in game but seems it dont work anymore,what can i do to log in again?did you stop collaborate with maxthon?if yes where i can get my account?is it forever lost ?

    Maxthon, like any browser, is a viewer that displays web pages. If anything, these folks broke such functionality.

    Try another browser like Chrome or Firefox to see if you can log in. If you still can't, give name of character and server and one of the mods will help out.

      Lafurka is talking about the MXPlay Gaming Portal, which is through Maxthon. Yes, Wartune through MXPlay in collaboration with R2. You're in the right spot, but I don't know how to assist with this. It could be a browser extension issue, it could be a bad update, or you might need to update. I would think if they did an end of life, there would be a notice about it somewhere.

      You have a couple options, the first is to try going directly through mxplay.net, which should accept your login credentials.

      Next would be to send in a support ticket to mxplay here: http://www.mxplay.net/Support/support.php

      As a last resort, you can contacting R2, which will require that you use an R2Games character and server, at www.r2games.com/support and you'll want to be very specific with your information - the bound email that you use for your MX account, the character name and server, and that you play through mxplay.net, along with a screenshot that shows the issue you are having.

        MemoryLane Ah okay. Been a while since I had used Maxthon on my networks. Most workstations are using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox for the moment, with one (mine) still using MS-IE/Edge (custom modules) to access the game when I have a free moment in doing so from my busy (announcements in real life has pushed my ETAs ahead; now I have to get Phase II and Phase III done by Spring so I can entertain my guests as their arrival is impending at a much sooner date) life, LOL.

        Anyway, I am hoping the person in this post will get the help they need to get back in the game. Thanks for coming forth.
