It appears down on my end as well.
Here you can see that the host is online, but port 80 (HTTP) is not responsive, nor is port 443 (HTTPS).

Port 443 (HTTPS) Down:
Connection to https://www.gamerocks.com was halted after the handshake was initiated.
Normally, a HTTP2_SESSION would follow a successful CONNECT_JOB, HOST_RESOLVER_IMPL_JOB and SOCKET.
Connection to https://www.gamerocks.com failed at the SOCKET stage, so no session (HTTP2_SESSION) was established after.
This is possibly an application level (HTTPD) problem that has to be addressed by contacting their webmaster, or their web hosting company is blocking them from sending any data back to user requests.
EDIT @4:40pm:
Their entire company appears offline. It might be a hosting issue or something else that prevents them from sending any data back. Hopefully it gets resolved soon. At the mean time, we could only be patient.Last edited by wtfarmers; 02-26-2018, 03:47 PM.

Company taken offline?
I just did a little research. Their entire company (Gaea Mobile) appears down. Not only gamerocks.com, but also gaea.com and gaeamobile.com are unreachable. Maybe they had other issues than application error. My site had a similar problem before (host reachable but outbound data was not allowed), due to it reaching monthly bandwidth allowance, and it had happened on a real host and on AWS. But I don't know anything about gamerocks and can't speak for them.
