Impossible to occupy Enternal Sanctuary

I've noticed that since yesterday it is not possible to occupy enternal sanctuary. It is saying "Lord is in battle, please try again later. I've already sent a ticket, but still no reply from support.

The problem to occupy eternal sanctuary is still not fixed!!!

I have asked about this issue and heard that it is being looked into. Right now all I can do is thank you for your patience due to the more pressing issues that had to be resolved over the weekend which were addressed on the forums in the news and events section Should I hear anything on this issue or receive an update I will do my best to share that information because it is not only your server but all of European servers facing this issue.
