After I possessed more than required time for sky trial possession, I had not received possession rewards maybe 80% of time.

i second. facing same issue -
If you take a spot from someone who has held a spot long enough to receive rewards, you will not receive those rewards, but you will receive the next set at the appropriate time held. For example, taking a spot from someone who held a post for over 3 hours will mean that you will only get the 5 hour reward at 5 hours.
