just accessed my old account S729 to get the code to start on new server - currently now on S762 but the code I received isn't working. just keeps saying its invalid. any help on this?

I don't get it how to do it. Can somebody record a Video how this stupid Easter Event work. Try so many time using my old toon in same account or different toon, never seem is working at all. To sum up the guide, you can either be a returning player (you've been offline for 15+ days), or you can use a Transfer Code and start over on a new server. For both, you get a series of rewards and events in the Veteran's Welfare panel (see guide for those).

To use the Transfer Code, you need to first claim it from any toon that you use to play that has the Veteran's Welfare icon, and use that code on a toon that you want to play, on the same account, that is also below lvl 55. You redeem the code in the new/below lvl 55 character's Veteran's Welfare.

Just to clarify - the 'new server' toon must be below lvl 55 to redeem a transfer code. If you do not have a Veteran's Welfare icon, that means the toon is not eligible to participate in this event.

well i follow all the detail but still can't get the rewards from the claimed eggs
The First account got the balen/bound balen claimed but still i cant claimed those rewards eggs even i invited one account back (server 40 and lv52)
The 2nd account is same as the first account but this account cant claimed Balen & Bound Balen. (still show collect & she is lv51 in server 54)

Anyway I still cant get it at all even I login other toons are lv61 to 80 (s10, s52, s154, s234, s339 & s348) trying and see and still cant get the eggs rewards (So I give up). Wish you guys bring a different event that is easy for other player to get it how to get the rewards simply way, a lot of my guild & friends cant get it and there are few player can get it so i have no cue what's going on here its Furious to think about) Hope you give out different event and give the title same kind (Rookie Summoner Cards, Expert Summoner Cards & Master Summoner Cards) from the event that not many player can get it.

So you sent your friend who has been offline for 15+ days your invite link, your friend clicked it and logged into the game?

According to the pop up when you copy your referral code, you supposedly get a "bound successfully" message sent to your platform inbox, which is located here http://www.r2games.com/message/ I don't personally have a way to check that, though. As the event states, you need at least 1 person to successfully bind themselves to you as their inviter to collect any rewards. Perhaps your invited people weren't eligible to be invited?

Anyway, if you think there has been an error, send the name and server of your invited friend in a ticket, maybe include your inviter code as well, and maybe support can look into what's going on there.

the codes never worked and now the veterans warfare link is not even showing. even when I go to an older account it doesn't show so I give up personally
