  • Haven't played in a while, and my character data seems to have been cleared.

    It's been a while since I last played and I can't remember which server #s I was using (1 US East, and 1 US West), and each server I've clicked wants me to start from scratch. My character on each sever was either in the 60s or 70s for his level, both characters had the same name: Jirikai. When the account data was still hosted on Kabam, I went over a year without playing and it still allowed me to log into both servers without hassle.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    Welcome back.

    Kabam was renamed to Wonderhill, and has since been transferred over to a new platform called GameRocks. Players needed to complete a migration process prior to the closure of Wonderhill, so that they could access their characters on GameRocks without interruption. Any players who missed the migration will need to have R2 do a manual migration.

    If you follow the instructions exactly as I've written them, the process is pretty quick. You may be asked a follow up question about your character, so keep an eye out for that. You'll be given full login information once everything is confirmed.

        Support wasn't able to find anything with the character name you included in the first post. Please click the chat bubble below my name to the left and send me the email address you used when creating your ticket so that I can have support locate it.

            The OP was sorted out already.

            No one's character from Kabam/Wonderhill is lost, and the only thing that was deleted was the Wonderhill platform after all data was migrated to GameRocks. All characters still reside on the servers they were created on. The migration was to link the character to a new GameRocks account so people could still log in and access the characters. Late arrivals due to being inactive, or just being away during the self migration process, just need to follow the instructions in the post I linked so that the character can be manually linked to a new account by support. Most cases are resolved in less than a day as long as the instructions I wrote are followed, and I am here to help anyone who is having any sort of difficulty.
