It isn't though...I'm getting all other servers EXCEPT S536...so what do you recommend to resolve this matter?

Have you tried clearing your browser's cache, cookies, etc? Have you tried a different browser?

Have you rebooted your computer? Have you taken that one step further and also rebooted your router?

Are you stuck in something? Did you disconnect from the game, or get disconnected from the game, during a specific event or task?

I am very unhappy that I could not make benefit of the 303 easter ribbon that was collected .... very disheartening.
