No Code After Questionaire

Anyone else not receiving any video, code, nothing when they complete the survey? I've done it via google chrome, internet explorer, checked my email etc.. Nothing..

watch the video and the code appears at end pause write it down and then type it into the hot events redemption bit and receive the rewards like I did

It is a video so the code is the same for everyone.

The code is at the end of the video that is at the top of the survey.

I have got the code from the end of the video - as it is the same for all - no one really needs to watch it, as it has been posted all over the place

and you dont even need to complete the questionairre - where is the logic in that?

Someone gave us all in guild the code they saw and it worked for us all. But yes there are quite a bit of people that never get the video and in return never get the code. We've all tried different browsers, same result.

yes i submitted a ticket. was told dev team going to check and if still won't work will issue new code
