    My loss mount item

    Hi team R2.
    I get to lucky exchange War Remains 600 and get all mount and item.
    But i open bag and used Demonic Civet item haved 3 or 5 and not activated and im sure it bug.
    Sorry my bad english.
    Please help me.

    Did you check the mount icon to see did it active and other extra can be recycle to get beast soul just clicking them.
    If not can you screenshot it and send to ticket for proof or a video

        Done i found now item mount Demonic Civet is it to vault guild.
