Wartune has gone down

Do we have a problem with S2 Servers as my account on S511 would not enter castle wars or let anyone else in it. Now we can't log back in.

We are getting server busy try again in 3 minutes

This has been reported, currently it is only localised to s2 cluster and s9 cluster. If any other servers go down please list them here. Thanks

If you refresh you will not be able to get back in the game.

I'm from S624 and I could not move my character so I did a refresh .... but was never able to get back in game since then ... it was 21:31 when this happened. It's not 22:03 and still can't get back in game ... so no Castle Wars nor WB for me and many others I'm guessing
