logo loading hangs at 99 percent

I can't get past the logo screen been trying over half hour anyone (players cuz the devs cant fix ****) knows any fix for that and thanks in advance.

Have you tried emptying your cache and start gaming at a less popular time?

i did empty my cash doesnt work i can log easily only on late or early times when less players are on :/ seems like a big load on the poor servers
