I wouldn't recommend turning internet security off, was just hoping to find a common ground with those facing the issue in hopes to help pin point it. I do appreciate you had considered that, and tried.
It is unfortunate that not everyone has this issue, so it may take a bit longer (speaking from experience, not for the devs themselves). If others facing this issue also comments with their brand of internet security, or any other details, it could help, maybe.
