We are aware the issue is still occurring on the S11 and S15 groups. The cause of this issue is still unknown. Please continue to be patient.

Typical of this game and there won't be any compensation if if your on a gamerocks server lol. unless of course its one of the supprt players servers like kabam 1

There's only been one set of servers to receive compensation in the last three days this issue has presented itself, and only because the issue was confirmed as presenting for the majority of players during the entirety of Eudaemon Domain. Otherwise, no one on any server has received any sort of compensation while the issue has not yet been fixed.

Gamerocks server S74 down now: started just before World Boss.

Sorry MemoryLane, didn't see your message til just now or I would have responded sooner. I can't access support since the server just went down again. It came back up at 9:51 so was down 2 hours and it just crashed again as world boss starting.

Just happened on Kabam US West 13

Finally one that I could catch as it was happening. Thank you. Please pm me with your account number. You can find this when you click on Support, it's the first field in the ticket form. The account numbers/IDs being gathered help IT locate the accounts in the server logs.

cleared browser cache and java cache. neither has helped. Same error on both firefox and chrome (chrome has flash inbuilt), not tried reinstall flash plugin in firefox. The full client/mini client works fine. Today has been first time ive had this issue and its on multiple accounts. and still happens. for now ill just use clients.
