Chicken Egg Exchange event

Can we please get the devs to change this so that we can swap out our Canned Fruit from the last event instead of the War Remains we swapped out during the last cycle's Canned Fruit event? I'm sure they would prefer we didn't hold on to any of them, but with 1k needed for the rare item, some of us are loathe to use them all if we can't reach it.

You can achieve the amount needed for the mount. There wont be an exchange for event items such as canned fruit as far as I am aware.

Then why do they have War Remains in the Hot Event exchange? Those ended 2 cycles ago. I'm asking that they change it so we can swap out our Canned Fruit from last event.

That request was denied. War Remains exchange to Chicken Egg was intentional.

I could understand it being intentional last cycle for the Canned Fruit, I don't understand it being brought forward again for Chicken Eggs. By them doing an exchange when they switched out War Remains, they set the stage to exchange in future events... and not just for the 1st and 2nd event's War Remains.
