Hey can a mentor or something look at my ticket or at least bump it up for someone to look at. I got the 10000 balen purchase at 20:02 BST, the payment has been removed and yet havent recieved the balens yet. I know it says to wait 20 min yet now been half an hour and nothing from game yet not even a order confirmation number from r2. Can this please be resolved, as would hav expected at least confirmation of purchase from r2 by now at least
