i'm stuck in mpd EF normal in battle with the Twins. autoheal won't let me die. where do go to remove info that keeps reloading me into battle??

Hopefully you aren't still stuck in there now.. Generally, to break free of such a fight, you have to log out long enough for the game to boot you from the instance. This can take half an hour to a full hour, sometimes.
