did not recieve teired time recharge rewards for 500 balens 2k and 4k

i have recieved recharge rebate, spenders and hot event recharge rewards along with activated treasure lode. but did not recieve the gold chest timed recharge rewards for 500 balens 2k balens and 4k balens. i have provided screenshots of proof of recharges but have not recieved all of my rewards. please assist in any way possible. events will end soon. i should be owed 3 sets of rewards. thank you for your time. i tried doing a ticket first but it will not function. please any assistance is greatly appreciated.

The Mega Recharge Pack is not tiered. It's just the one set of rewards you see on that panel. The ticket system should be working soon, so you can send in a ticket about the pack when it's up and running.

What do you mean it's not tiered? If you recharge that 500 balens, you get those rewards and it does go up to 1k and higher, not sure how high it goes. If you recharge 1k balens, shouldn't you get the 500 balen rewards?

Not on new server events, it doesn't.

Yep, I can see that by your screenshot. I was just making sure you knew what you should have gotten. Even if it was tiered, however, it's single recharges, and those don't stack. Still waiting on IT to fix the ticket system. Hopefully it'll be working a bit later.

You should be able to send in your ticket now. To speed up the process, I suggest including the following information in your ticket, along with the screenshots.

Recharge Bonus - Recharge Pack
Duration: Day 22 - Day 24 23:59 (Server Time)
Description: For a limited time only, players who recharge 500 or more Balens in a single payment will receive a special gift pack. Each character may only redeem each reward once.
Recharge 500 balens or more: Sack of Gold x50, Lvl. 5 HP Divinity Soul x1, Golden Holy Water x20, Blessings of God x100, Blood of Zeus x100, Lvl. 4 Bonus EXP Scroll x1, Wings of Plight x1
