seems this issue is becoming more usual that u expected.
Few data about me, just to no rewriting on every post manually.
Player Name = ArcMorpheus
Server= S31 US East
Class = Knight
Guilds Enlisted (in chronological order) = TankWars, Unknown, Mostwanted, & Fenix (nowadays).
Server = US East Server 31
Plataform = Kabam / Wonderhill / Gamerocks
Login from = Google Mail (previously) / Gamerocks (nowadays)Comment

Same problem here Gamerocks S16.
After logging in I see only icons at top ……. rest of the screen is blackComment

If you can't go to battlegrounds to clear black screen then hit "G" key and go to Guild Chamber then exit it. This also works and this issue has been reported.Comment

click 1 of the icons specially when bg is on or the sylph Atoll that solves it for that moment
Hit G key hmmm what about a button to disable the hotkeys btw there very annoying
