    bargin shop

    my girlfriend is mad as hell right now with devs. she got 100% discount in bargin shop but when she went to buy it said inadequate balens even tho price was 0 balens.

    she submitted a ticket and r2 responds to it saying will dend to devs to investigate. she logs in and her 100% discount is now 40%... we got proof of the 100%. she is owed 1x of each mount, max purchase limits of everything else and ALL rewards on left side incding the 10,000 bound balens.

    Your girlfriend needs to wait until the devs get back to R2 regarding the bug that resulted in a 100% discount being displayed, instead of the actual discount of 40%.

      if was a bug showing her 100% and still showing 100% after a few reloads then r2 should be giving her everything from bargain shop including all point rewards.

        If 100% was an actual discount value being offered in this event, sure. Compensation is generally only issued when there's a loss, and as you mentioned, it said inadequate balens so there wasn't a loss. At best, you could argue compensation for the inconvenience of encountering a bug, but it's not going to be the entire contents of the shop and all of the point rewards.

            The devs would never put in a 100% discount feature... That'd be straight up idiotic...
            Also, you talk as if the devs owe you something, in which they do not.

            I highly doubt you'll receive anything other than a "Sorry" for R2, mainly because it was a Graphics bug, not a technical bug.

            But just an example, if a store has something on sale and it accidentally says "100% off" but is actually 40% off in the system, do you really think you're going to get everything for free? Didn't think so

            Edit: Also the shop shows the "Discount" price, so unless everything said "0" as the price (with a screenie) pretty sure you're SOL

              Even with a screenshot showing everything was 0 balens, the devs would never agree to send the maximum amounts of every item in there. I'm all for fighting when the devs are being unjust, but this isn't a case that can be fought. If balens were spent while the prices showed 0 balens, and there was no 'are you sure you want to spend x balens' popup, I'd be all about helping get at least some of the spent balens back, since that wouldn't be fair, even if it is an unreasonable expectation that prices in a shop would be 0.

                as shown on your provide screen shot with the text 100% discount could be typo error as you don't show the stuff whats in the shop you cut it right above the prices so we can make conclusion that it was just a typo error otherwise you wouldnt cut the pic above the prices
