Eudo Domain icon takes too long to load

Dear Admin,

Why Eudo Domain tab takes too much time to load every time i click, takes about 5-10 mins even more sometimes, plz fix this issue asap

Everything takes too long to load lately, actually started just after the maintenance for supposed datas migration. I have fast internet and pc, never had any problem. Since that maintenance everything I want to open, I get the loading logo which never happened before so much, only occasionally. Every day, it takes ages to log into game then first time I open anything (inventory, CC map, all....) it takes 3 mins to open, then it gets better. My guess is that something is wrong with cache. Looks to me that nothing is cached anymore so after logging off it needs to reload everything. Really damn annoying to loose 3 to 6 mins to do simple things. the worst that happened was at world boss. I never entered the fight so long it took to load that i was dead and never fought..... Do something an dfix this please, we spend more time waiting than doing stuff in game, and since u keep adding stuff, that's not good at all

I've always had problems with Eud Dom, and a few other things, loading. I've provided a video and let support use my account to test, but they came back and told me it was on my end since everything loaded fine for them. I'm at a loss on where to go from here, but I'll report it again regardless.

I doubt it is on your end, I never had that much loading ever. Everything has always been pretty smooth for me, but not anymore and it is definitely since that maintenance for datas migration. As stated previously by Machiavel, now every day, I need to open everything once and it seems better after, telling me something is wrong with the cache.

Since patch 5,1 there is no cache stored on our pcs/laptops (maybe with the client, but I don't use).
Meikura001 explained all in dept very often before about not having cache, all the .sol files, way to many tracking cookies making it slower to play/load an causing the lag/load/bugs/bottlenecks on the way from China to our pc/laptop each day...

The eademon domain since beginning opened up slower then everything else, but within 30sec during normal days and in weekends maybe within a 1min. About 2 weeks ago all loading became slower though, for everyone on my server (before and after the merge, so most likely even slower later on when data transfer completes).

I recently can't open any icons or join any event without getting stuck wt the Wartune loading logo for at least 5 mins or more, most of time it's stuck and I have to refresh many times just to open my Inventory..for example, the loading is frozen and stuck on everything. I never had this issue before. Today it took me 10 mins to open Castle War, then stuck loading to the fight wt monster, by the time the CW ends, I still stuck on the Wartune loading logo.. and couldn't even see the fight. This is just 1 example of so many things got frozen n the loading Wartune logo stop loading for too long...Please fix it. I'm on R2-S376, west coast.. wonder if other servers having this issue too...

I don't think it's a server's issue or a player's issue. I am on S1 and this is happening only since maintenance for datas migration.
(and yes before u ask, i cleared all.... only having issues with Wartune, so it isn't a brainer. My pc and internet connection have nothing to do with it)

We're going to pend this until after this week's maintenance. I don't expect there to be any changes to loading behaviors, but just in case things improve, or get worse, we should wait.

In the event we are asked for player information, if anyone would like to volunteer their character name and server, it would be greatly appreciated.

Look at the URL. If it says https, change that to http.

I have the same problem with it taking very long time to load...also emeraldia takes alot of time to load, and sylph expedition as well

Alright so I tried many things, and it seems the problem is happening with chrome browser. I can't use firefox anymore for some reason. it puts httpS and i can't change it to http as it goes back to httpS all the time. So i changed to using chrome and it appears with chrome it takes 5 mns to even log into game, with all the loading logo after that. Doesn't do it as much with explorer. So I guess it's back to use explorer.
