    Can someone please help me, i am returning from a long break, i forgot my password and i have sent several tickets on this but i seem to keep getting the run around. My character name is/was zanora, lvl 80 knight, guild Matrix on server s36. any and all information would be greatly appreciated

          Sending multiple tickets is not necessary, just have a little patience, most tickets are responded to within a day.

            It's probably a result of sending so many tickets. It creates a lot of confusion. Stick with the email that is for ticket # 693796 (it should say this number either in the email title or at the very bottom of the email message), as that is currently the only active ticket for you for this case. Again, remember to be patient. Replies are not instant.

            Also, please clarify in your ticket whether or not you are having a password issue, or if you are needing migration. The replies to your ticket seem to be in response to a password issue.

              oh my God. i was not aware of the migration issue, duh on my part, either way i forgot my password and i also asked if i had lost my toon and if i had to start all over again. I then found out about the migration issue thru the forum, i followed the outlined procedures and now i am stuck with a gamerocks account that signs into r2games.

                R2 and GameRocks are two different platforms. The logins don't overlap. Were you on Kabam originally?

                    Just wanted to be sure we were on the same page. What ever password you used for any account on kabam/wonderhill/gamerocks for this specific toon doesn't matter if you haven't played since December, since R2 will need to set you up with a new account to access your character. Just make sure you clarify in your ticket that you need a migration, not a password change.

                          Wow now i know why i stopped playing this game, now i am being asked for recharge receipts, screen shots. I do not keep those, why would I, oh well so much for that. Again thank you for all of the help and understanding.

                              Did you recharge using Paypal or a credit card? If you don't have any of the receipts from your prior purchases, you should be able to pull up your credit card statement or Paypal account and look for the orders in there, and take screenshots of that.
