Guild leadership issue at Armor Games

I'm in a guild and the leader has been away for more than a month. Whatever happened to the leadership vote? We can't get rid of this person! I don't want to leave, I want my guild back...
Wartune: Armor Games: Server 3 US East Coast. Guild Name: Warsong My user is Rhiannon. It would be kind if someone can bump an active player to leadership. Or give me some idea how to fix this mess.

If the voting process didn't automatically trigger for your guild, please send in a ticket using the support link at the top of your game screen, and include a screenshot of your Members panel that shows your guild leadership has been offline. Include the name of the person who the lead should go to, and maybe also include a screenshot of chat where active guild members agree to that person being guild leader for good measure.

Most games have a fail-safe for Guilds and GM's.
Would be a good idea to bring to dev team to implement a system that promotes the AGM with highest Contrib given after x days (3, 7, 31 - whatever the case may be) and if there's no AGM's/None that fit the activity requirement, then Guild Officer, if the same happens then member. Can't imagine it being a hard couple lines of coding to write - the rules would be the hardest part imo.

It's rare when the process doesn't function like it should, so a fail safe would be largely unnecessary.

Thank you for helping. I'll report it and hopefully the old guild leader will be reinstated. Most of our guild hasn't been on and it's been myself and our previous guild leader. We both came back just a week ago. Instead of disbanding the guild, the guy who was in charge left the guild to a lv 18 character who hasn't been on in forever. Before changing leadership, He or she left a message on the group annoucements telling people if they want a kick, ask and then join another guild. Would have been easier if they just disbanded, because it would be easier to start from scratch.

Oh I see. You probably missed the vote because you were inactive when that happened. If no one votes, the leader stays the same. Support can do it manually for you. It was a holiday week, so I don't know if that's resulting in slower ticket response time, if you don't have a reply by Monday/Tuesday, let me know.
