hello guys i have a toon in wartune i m strugling to log my acount from 3 days stucking on web page loading idont know whats the prob is can anybody help me pls

If you are getting a "Server busy, please wait" error, change the URL from https:// to http:// manually.

If you are stuck on the loading screen, try the following:

1) Reload game/restart browser/restart computer
2) Clear browser's history, cache and cookies
3) Clear Flash Cache (http://forums.adobe.com/message/4278569)
4) Update flash player
5) Try a different browser
6) Check connection speed and stability
7) Adjust firewall/antivirus/router settings. Make sure it is not blocking the game/site
8) Unplug your router/modem for a minute
9) If all of that fails, file a ticket at http://www.r2games.com/support with a screenshot of your issue

me done my systum format & installed windows 7 ultimate in 1 week back is it not suport to play my game ?

What are the security settings on your computer firewall and your router firewall set to? You may need to google how to find those settings.

Is the problem only with this server, or is it all servers?

For that screenshot remove the s from https and make it http://r2games.com that is preventing you entering game there.

For the first issue originally you had, have you tried logging on using a different computer? Sometimes it is a case of pushing a session to close on one computer so you can use your normal one to play. If that doesn't work. You can PM us your in-game name and server # and see if support can push that break for you to continue playing.
