Party chat does not work in speed clearance after leader event starts in Patch 8.3

while my team of 4 did speed clearance we use party chat to tell each other the color they need since paych added we cant see ppl telling us the color party chat doesnt show up -
EXACTLY! How does party chat not work in a party???? Would it kill them to actually test something before implementing a patch?Comment
