Dim Rewards

after maint not receiving any rewards.... dont bump your gums about screenshots....cant take one after the fact.
this is on s807, dont know if its a prob anywhere else.

I got dim rewards. Did your dims lose time? You only get rewards when dims lose time, and it's important to know if the issue is the time or the actual rewards. If you lost no time, then things should progress as normal after reset, but if you did lose time then I'd advise sending in a ticket with a screenshot of your dim panel and of your inbox, to show you have dims but no rewards. If it happened to be the last day on your dims, then just include the screenshot of your inbox. I'd also specify the date, as I know that can often be a question asked, even if you say it happened today.

no it happened today during play. i thought it was strange t was only getting mahra and sepulcrum. when i clicked the card it showed i got it, but when i finished they were not there.
no time loss as i still had about 300 pts left

The mahra and sepulcrum aren't in your inventory? Rewards from card flips go straight to your inventory. If they aren't in your inventory, then you will need to send in a ticket. Include the date and time (or a close time frame), the exact reward you should have gotten it, mention that you believe you are missing rewards from Dimension card flips and ask for your logs to be checked.
