In my honest opinion, it can't be on the player's side because I'm not having the same issues, and compared to the people above, I use a potato and am barely connected to the internet.

lmao plz check ur monitor cables and make sure they connected porperly or make sure u pressed ur on / off switch and see if monitor turns on or even this fab 1 make sure ur monitor is connected to the graphic card lmao

Not all black screens are the same. Some black screens have icons, or a banner, or both, and others have nothing at all. Some people call it a black screen while looking at the install flash message in chinese, which is a totally different issue than a black screen. I've had one person complain about a black screen to me for days, but when I finally got a screenshot, the screen was white, not black, which is again a different issue than a black screen. So... when taking a picture of your black screen, please be sure it includes the whole browser window, from the URL down to the bottom, so that your particular black screen can be forwarded to the devs as evidence of its existance. Thanks.

I know its been over a month since the latest post on this, aside from the reasons and the dieing platform choices by a company that refuses to take care of their players.. everyone do yourself a favor... stop using red client. IE and Chrome DO NOT work properly with this game anymore. Download latest version of Firefox. Download and install version 32 of Adobe Flash NPAPI version for your system. This version directly supports Firefox. You WILL NOT have problems moving forward with this solution. Also you must have at least 4GB of RAM. This game alone eats up over 2GB of RAM. An 8GB RAM system runs this game flawlessly. I was using Chrome and IE for this game and continued to crash every 5 min or so. Do yourself a favor and save yourself headaches and frustration. Firefox, Flash NPAPI version 32. Nuff said.
