Guild dungeon ranking bug

Why NU'EST from s718 didnt rank in the ranking list although our guild cleared 5-12 like top 10 guild???We had out of top 100. i told that b4 but R2 didnt solve that problem.

We have "Season Ended" coming up - Even though the screen states the season ends on the 31st Jan 2019 - Which means we miss out on rewards as we started slowing down on killing levels so we could keep getting daily merit from it till the 31st. - So now we didnt get the 5th Chest for clearing Sands Nightmare and the last 2 dungeon rewards.

The help text says there will be a settlement period at the end of the season. It suggests using this time to switch guilds, then says a new season will begin after. So.. it looks like they give us 4 days of downtime between seasons. I will forward that they need to have the date the dungeon closes posted on the panel somewhere.

I was hoping my edit was quick enough, seems it was not. I looked at an alt I have in a guild that still had dungeons to complete and was going to use that alt's info. While there, I read through the help text to see if there was any further information. The "2 calendar months" bit, in addition to the dates on the panel itself, do make it seem like the dungeon itself should be open the full duration. As I mentioned in my edit above, I will be forwarding that such a mention is needed in that panel.

While I don't disagree, it will be difficult to determine how far any guilds that did not complete the dungeon would have gotten to be able to provide comparable compensation. If the devs agree to compensation on the grounds that they did not provide us with adequate information about the availability of the dungeon, it will be a one-size fits all global compensation, and may or may not be what you might have earned had you completed all levels of the dungeon, nor will it take into account what your rank might have been by the end. We will need to wait until Monday to see if the devs will agree to something.

i just find out that our guild have the same problem with NUEST guild..our guild is odens from r2 games cluster s6365+..just see the rewards from guild dungeon on mailbox n we only got 2k dwarven silver rewards which is the lowest rewards from reward list even though we cleared all level faster than any guild in our xserver..as u can see on picture below (guild dungeon rank 2) the last guild on the rank was got 4k dwarven silver even though the only made it at autaric plain level..plus new guild suddenly jumpin in from nowhere n sit on top of our rank list which is i believed belong to us..as u can see it on picture below (guild dungeon rank) no 2 rank is missing, from no 1 suddenly jumped into rank 3 which is neverland...explain this situation pls n give back our rewards which is we deserved it

to be honest i never do things like that.. i was hoping in this forum i can get the help that we need..we just want what we deserved..

its just not making any sense which is we r no 1 guild rank in br rank (before that most wanted suddenly jumped into our xserver) n we also did cleared all map in guild dungeon but we got the lowest rewards..i'm not the whining type player but when i see we've been treated unfairly then i just cant sit tight n just watch it..in this forum i seek for justice that we deserved it..so ty if any of u can find us justice..
