send tons of tickets whit video prof of cheats and r2 wont do any thing becuse it cash players so i am done whit the game ther R2 take money from cheaters and the looke away.

I can't tell you it's 100% of the time I'd want and expect it, but can promise you it's as they say.
The forum mods here are your best friends.
I *strongly* recommend you help them and all of us by doing as they ask.
If it's right and possible to ban someone based on the evidence you have in a video, they'll be the best friends you can have.
If it's not as strong a proof as you think...they'll be more likely than anyone to talk to you based on facts, and get you an actual answer, rather than just ignored as can happen with tickets.
I'm speaking from experience, and recommend you give them a chance with anything you can present.
