its been two days since i recharged and it is still pending haven't received my balens yet please help they took the money out my account but haven't gotten my balens..

Does it show in the account purchase history as pending or cancelled or show at all ? Have you put in a ticket?

How was the recharge.. paypal? Can you show us a screenshot of your recharge history showing pending in a PM showing the whole first page. It is Chinese New Year so tickets take alot longer to be answered.
