No enemy in guild siege

Not sure what happened here. During prep day for guild siege, it showed what guild we would be facing. Today which is battle day, it says do not have enemy this round.

If a guild does not have enough defenders by the end of prep day, it will be automatically removed from siege. Do you know if the guild you were suppose to face has enough members?

If the guild got kicked out of siege, then shouldn't they be removed from rankings too? They are still shown in rankings. And if they actually didn't get kicked out of siege, then we deserve some kind of compensation.

And our guild got no points at all. How is that right? We dropped from 5th to 16th because of this.

I don't know if the guild you were suppose to face was kicked out of siege, no one has answered the question about if they had enough members. If you are seeking some sort of compensation, you will need to send in a ticket. I can only address the possibility of this being a bug, so that it can be forwarded if it is, but you haven't given me any information to forward yet.

I am not sure if that guild had enough members or not. If they did, then it is a bug. And if they didn't have enough members, then they shouldn't be in the rankings either but they still are.

I will send in a ticket about this. We are going to lose rewards because of this.

I don't think it removes guilds that are no longer participating, since points they made would still qualify them for rewards. That's not really something that can be tested, though.
