    Forgive me if this is not the right place for this, but I could use some help finding out about a ticket I submitted. I send a bug report into support a week and a half ago and recieved an initial reply to it on the 8th of the month. I have sent several replies since then and have heard nothing since the 8th.

    Hi. It is indeed the right place to put this.

    Looks like on the 13th you were asked for a time for when they could hop on and look at the issue. The next reply was from you, today, asking for an update. You'll want to respond with what general time of day (server time) you are generally off line so they know when they can jump in and take a look.
