Guild Merchant - Lost Assets

Server 33 US West - When the Guild Merchant is resetting each week, the items that are still left in the guild are not being refunded back to the guild - Last week we lost nearly 10,000 in assets and this week we lost just under 4,000 assets

its just annoying that such stuff reset's should not be resetted

there is a other post about it if correct i have put the answer in from support as well when reset on sunday night all in merchant shop goes to 0 and is not refunded in guild assets ...
So you need to be careful with refilling items near end of the week

Yes unfortunately, it is written in the description that on sunday at reset, or the weekly reset, you lose the items in the merchant shop. It is advisable to only put items in when asked so avoid losing it.
