Guild dungeon bug!

Okay, i made a ticket on 5 april 2019 about cant reedeming guild dungeon rewards since its restarted on 1 april 2019, however they told me that they forwarded it to developers. Almost 3 weeks i got nothing there and our guild already finished guild dungeons but i werent be able to get the rewards.

once again the devs have changed the dates for guild dungeon after the patch is was showing 3-1 to 4- 30 NOW today when checking it shows 4-1 TO 5-31 what they heck is going on if they are just messing with us and never plan to let us do the event they need to fix it and let it reset so we can do the 1 event every player likes of something this **** is getting very dang old we have not been able to do this event in months now

i smell a nerf comming cuz a: they cant fix it or b: unwilling to fix it hahahaa

if guild dungeon was a spend event it would be fixed pretty fast

they do not care ...... tickets especially from gamerocks players vanish like never send and without history that bin taken out with patch 8.0 you can not prove you send 1... as long it is not a recharge problem or any balen (not bound bale) related it will go straight down the drain it seems lately pretty sad So skip the tickets and can complain here what you want cause all the mods can do is pass along and.... Ho wait ....errr yup down the drain again

its likely the devs will just keep changing the date for the guild dungeon to reset and never really fix it so it will reset and since it is not something that will get players to spend to have to do they will never be in a rush to fix it and its a waste of time sending a ticket on this because they don't reply or if they do they send the generic we will see what they devs say but cant guarantee they will agree and sending them a screen shot on this when they don't bother to do anything to fix this dosent help because they don't care what they players complain about when it dosent stop players from being able to spend and if they comp it because they have not bother to fix it you can rest asure that it will be comp just like when they do maintenance
