Goddess Illya doesn't stun anymore since patch, bug or made on purpose?

Now lilya's stun works again after this new patch...i could stun the last boss in demon continent, it was an easy win against it with the new dragonchant skills as well.

u guys shoudnt be aply to stun bosses in events whit that stun as far as I know ... isint this wrong?

these days stuns are so common. im suprised a battel without them... illya unoly saber. or cutie stuns. thanks guys people who does'n't used stun are now basically overcooked and fed up with all those stuns. means no fun anymore chosing your own build. just stun and stun it is these days...
