Can someone please tell us where we find the snowmen?...no idea who dropped the ball on this one

from what I can see, so far the only source is lucky transfer from the gachapon, ...looks like another impossible greed event, sigh...I sure hope I am wrong..also why a snowman event as today is Memorial Day in the States..I realize this a world wide game...but winter is over in most nations...sometimes I wonder if these dev's have any clue on anything or are they in their own little worldLive long and prosper. -
