Chaos and Amnesia Resistance from Willpower/Eud passive skills

Since the patch that first introduced cuties was released the general passive skills Chaos Resistance and Anti-amnesia found on all willpowers and eudaemon have been silently deactivated. According to the skill descriptions (and empirical data prior to the cuties patch) the passives when maxed at level 8 would grant the following: "Increase Chaos Resistance (or Anti-amensia) by 80% for Eudaemon and character at the same time".

Following the release of cuties these passives appear to be completely disabled as chaos runes and amnesia runes now work with a 100% success rate (barring chaos resistance from cuties accessory/pact). Is there a particular reason these resistances were removed? It takes 7k books of wisdom to increase a passive skill from level 5 to level 8 so for many players that's literally tens of thousands of wasted books of wisdom dumped into skills that now give zero benefit.

As there was no mention of these skills being disabled anywhere in the patch notes I can only assume the benefits were removed accidentally and as such they should be fixed. Please let me know if there some detail I missed about these changes and if their removal is indeed intended how will these skills be updated so that the resources spent on them will not have been wasted.

Thanks for the update, let's all just hope they do actually fix it without breaking something else.... better yet, limit all passives to a 25% max combined chance.. that way you dont get stunned by one thing then another every other round, or chaos and stun and amnesia all at once several times in a row... as is happening now =( It makes the fights unbearably long, lopsided and a complete waste of time...

The problem with chaos rune, you can't remove using reverse time titan or purification rune. Chaos rune should be dispelled coz not stated it can't be dispelled. It's still a bug,

if you want those runes to dispel get married in the game simple as that reverse time and purification are not made to work on runes

Sorry for the late response. Chaos and amnesia resistances from euds/willpowers have NOT been fixed at this point. Chaos rune and amnesia rune/titan work with 100% success rate.
