Missing GEMS from inventory

same here s118 - all cata gems, all divinity souls and all eudemon diamonds and all resistance crystals too
and we have crystal synthesis event .... *** r2

I cannot submit a ticket, it gets stuck at "Submitting" what can I do to get the missing gems back ? Can anyone help me please?

Strangely enough, not everyone on my server is missing them...
