Can you provide a screenshot of the issue your having, showing the full browser? This could be an issue on Google themselves, and if this is the case there is nothing we can do to resolve it. Please provide the exact steps you use to login. Please provide screenshots as you login so we can see the error and maybe advise appropriately. Thanks

Are there any icons showing up on your URL bar, that might indicate an error or something missing?
