Ok fair enough, where where they before the anniversary event - no where to be seen - also from what i have seen they unobtainable to those who do not want to cash on this event as they start on lvl 300 - again only if you want to spend hundreds/thousands to get them

The devs really need to think on the way they are adding stuff into the game

patch just came out wait for the next update or patch 9.2 or something maybe more ways to get them. or maybe upgrade them all to lvl 80 b4 even worrying about the scrolls. you don't even have 5 purple yet to even upgrade so why worry about it.

This is the first time they are entered into game, and as always, they are cash related first. This is how it has always been. they will eventually come more available later on.
