      Still have not received the balens and here is the entire tickets

      _I still have not received the balens and have been more than patient about this issue. Its no longer about the money it is about your company refusing to fix the issue.

      If this is not resolved by reset tonight (11pm CST) I feel I have no choice but to take further action, the least of which is to stop playing the game which means you will no longer receive any revenue from me and any other relief action as is deemed necessary.
