You see, when you abuse, spam, and lie to the support team, they aren't very willing to help you with legitimate issues. Actions have consequences, one of the consequences for breaking rules is you are not entitled to support, regardless of your issue. You've abused, spammed, and lied to the support team, so you're really just getting treated as you deserve at this point. I highly advise moving on now.
